About us
Who we are
Changsha Wangcheng District Ciwen Trading (长沙市望城区辞文商贸行) is a business registered in Changsha, Hunan Province, in the People's Republic of China. We run a cross-border TikTok Shop store that sells children's apparel to customers in Malaysia.
What we do
- Product selection — we choose children's clothing from manufacturers in China and check each product's photos, fabric and measurements before listing it.
- Listings — we write product pages with age-based size charts in centimetres and prices in MYR.
- Order fulfilment — orders are shipped from China through the marketplace's logistics.
- Customer service — we answer buyer questions and handle returns through TikTok Shop messaging.
Advertising
We promote our own store on TikTok. We use the TikTok Marketing API only for our own advertiser account: to create and adjust GMV Max campaigns for our own products, upload our own ad videos and read performance reports. We do not run advertising for any other business, and we do not resell or share TikTok data.
